2007 Kawi Brute Force 750i....

Any comments on this machine from anyone who may have had/have/ridden one?
Was told by the dealer it will pull front end off the ground fairly easily
but that doesn't seem like a good thing with a 4x4. I'm thinking of buying
one but not sure quite yet...more of a Honda type myself. TIA for any
pointers!

How do Brute's compare to the KQ?

Grizzly I would get too...that Brute Force is an ugly POS! Figures Robbo
would wanna get one....thinks the dealer is offering him a killer deal when
really it's a bend job,,,'course he likes that anyway.

You go get that BF (ButtFuck) 750 and I'll go get that 700 Grizz and kick
your ass all over the trails.

A friend of mine has a BF 650 and it'll pull the front wheels off the
ground. I have ridden it a couple of times and like it. He loves it.
His has a carb and the 2007 750 has EFI if I remember correctly, so I
am sure the 750 is really powerful.

Hope this helps.

I had a 2006 model and have now sold it as i liked my 660 Grizzly better as
an all round quad, the Brute 750 has loads of power and I did like the
progressive front diff lock, but I found it more tiring to ride as the
steering is heavier.
I am waiting for my Renegade 800 to arrive from the dealer to take the place
of the 660, but if thats not a nice ride (I am sure it will be) would go for
a Grizzly 700, we all like different thing in life and if I were you I would
want to try befor I buy, what ever you go for enjoy.

I am full of pointers! and other things according to some...

very, very rarely does a machine come out of the box with too much power.
IMO, there is no such thing as too much power. the dealer made that comment
in an attemp to sell the machine on its strong engine...

Good reply! I mostly would be doing some fast trail-riding, limited mudding,
no doubt a lot of varmint hunting, and the occasional poker/dice run. I have
been caught on very steep/muddy hills on some poker runs and was telling the
dealer about that and asked if the Brute would be too "tipsy" when power was
applied. He said it's fine a long as you don't whack it too hard but then he
went on about how the machine can pull wheels just blasting on flat ground.
I do like power, like most people, and have ridden several Polaris 500s
which were pretty decent on take off. The Polaris did have a really
comfortable ride too. The only other 4x4 I have ridden was a Honda Foreman
but that thing pounded the piss outta me within a few miles so I gave it
back to the owner and got back on my EX. This was several years ago so I
wonder if Honda has improved the ride a little on their newer models. I like
their sport machines a lot so that's why I was leaning more towards a Rincon
680 but if what you say about the Honda 4x4 is true then I will probably not
bother going that route as some of those poker runs have some pretty rough
stuff to get through, but it's nothing a winch couldn't handle I guess,
should one be needed. Oh well, it's gonna be awhile before I figure out what
I'm gonna get, but the deal I got offered on the Brute was pretty good so
maybe I'll have to test drive one before I dive into another new quad
payment again. Maybe I will look into a Polaris, they're numbers always ...

You don't want a BF 750 for fast trails. They steer/handle poor. The 650i
actually handles better.
My choice would be the 700 Grizzly.

from what I have heard and read, the Rincon is one of the most comfortable
rides out there, good for flyin' through bumpy trails. would be nice if
someone could chime in on its crawling ability. friend has a Vinson with
the same kind of front end and he gets through some pretty nasty stuff and
says it plows snow like crazy. I really can't say anything bad about my
SP600 aside from it being a bit thirsty, but it's heavy and powerful so I
guess I gotta pay for it. the AWD is what I like most about the machine,
hit the switch and it engages and disengages as needed, seamlessly, without
noticeable hesitation, all done automatically so all I have to worry about
is the throttle. I haul loads of manure up a long hill through every season
here in Western MA and I have never gotten stranded...
