Huh? How does natural selection choose proper morals?
Natural selection cannot even address morals.

Proper morals is the end result of natural selection. "are prefered"
is shorthand.

It's not a question of whose morals are correct but whose morals we are
able to live with. If most of us end up dead or dying then it is safe
to say that *somebody* is doing something immoral. Proper morals are
prefered by natural selection.
I personally found it very difficult to tell a lie because I believe
that telling the truth is the right thing to do. Lying to me is like
going around punching people in the face. Why do I want to do that?
People will just punch me back. Likewise I want people to always tell
me the truth so it is in my best interest not to lie to other people.
