Well, no-one heard running on the sixth floor or the stairs following the
third shot, so we should discount a scenario with Oswald running as a
primary scenario. Also, there is Brennan's autobiography where he states
that the sniper stood still for a while after the third shot. This is
consistent with no mention by the witnesses on the fifth floor of hearing
any noise from above following the third shot.

Were the simulations of Oswald's movements accurate? I mention this
because some of the photos presented by the WC of the boxes on the sixth
floor are thought to be of reconstructions themselves, in which case
Howlett's movements may not be accurate. Was Howlett's rifle hidden in
exactly the same way as Oswalds? DId Howlett's rifle have a live round up
the spout and was his rifle cocked when he dropped it onto the floor? Do
we know if Oswald had to take time to make a decision as to where to hide
the rifle?

Simulations of Baker's movements fall into a noted trap. If he was told
"if you don't do this as fast as we think you can then you will lose a
week's wages", then I am sure that he would have got to the second floor
quicker than he did in the simulations....but that would not be a fair
test, also.

Tests like this are notoriously difficult to plan. I am afraid that it
would seem that these experiments were planned and executed by persons not
skilled in undertaking such experiments and the results would seem to be
worthless.
