IF Arnold Rowland's WC testimony can be taken as accurate AND he claims to
have seen SOMEONE in the SOUTHWEST corner WINDOW on 6TH at 12:15>>>could
that not be LHO HIMSELF?
And, if yes, doesn't that narrow the window re: his whereabouts vis-a- vis
Givens and other testimonies?
Thx bunchly!

What a bargain, two employees for the price of one.

Right there is where the theory falls apart! Beyond his name and address,
I don't believe a word of Rowland's testimony. An elderly black man
looking out the sniper's window? Two black women in the windows below
that?

Hard to eliminate the two people seen by others, especially when 40
inmates saw two men and watched a fooling around with a scope with
Rowland seeing a rifle with a scope attached. He also saw the clock
sign at 12:15 and heard the police radio givng the motorcade location
which would have been 12:15/12:16. It also matches the Dillard photo
of a man in the southwest window, with a light-colored or white shirt.

Special Agent John Howlett of the Secret Service re-created Oswald's
actions from the 6th floor window, stopping to place a rifle where
Oswald's was hidden, and down to the 2nd floor lunch room in two time
trials, one walking at a fast walk (74 seconds) and one walking at a
normal pace (78 seconds). "Howlett was not short winded at the end of
either test run," the WC reported.
http://www.aarclibrary.org/publib/jfk/wc/wr/html/WCReport_0087a.htm
The HSCA was able to re-create Oswald's actions in even less time at a
running pace (46 seconds).
So — what is the problem?
