Damn Jim, Cry me a river. You think your the only one to have it bad ? I
have been going through shit for 30 + years. I was laid off from the RR from
1984 to 1992 . I worked in a warehouse for $4.25 an hour to feed my family,
Yeah it was rough ,we lived in a broken down house and paid $ 200/oo a month
+ utilities . Not a penny from welfare. I finally got a CDL license and
drove truck cross country earning about $500 per week back then, but
spending a hundred bucks just to eat at ripoff truckstops. finally bought a
cooler and ate even cheaper. Sometimes ya gotta do what you can do and
beggin is damn low , Go to your local church and find out when the food
pantry is open . When I see posts like yours the first thing I think is
ripoff. Good try , ya may find some suckers to buy yer...

How about the US involvement in the invasion of North Africa, starting
with the landing of about 100.000 troops in: Casablanca (35.000),
Oran (39.000), Algiers (33.000 US+BR), with > 100 navy onvessels
This was in 1942.
Of course one can predict your reply that this is Africa and so does
not count as European war :)
Oh and the Murmansk convoys don't count either? :)
And they are even earlier!

Hello
The candidate Edwards gave a good account of what his policies were unlike
Obama who does not say much. Hillary is slightly less detailed than Edwards
but I think Edwards should be Hillary's running mate.
We have illegal immigrants in this country, the trouble is mostly when they
receive lower pay than natives and therefore take jobs and when they claim
health treatment which they have not paid their contributions.
I think we should practise an open doors policy and then have citizenship
courses for immigrants so they learn the language (to a low minimum
standard) and the customs and laws of our country. So when people come here
to work they should be given a place in our society.
Refugees from justice shall be returned but criminals who have been dealt
with by their own country and want to make a new start shall be given the
opportunity to do so. This is known as "going straight".
My only crime was to state the experimental result that there is life on
Mars and other planets all over the universe.
Mum thought so too and was knifed in the head.

Damned good comedy film from all the technical gaffs (as usual) and the
padding they had to put in to make their meagre plot stretch out into a
whole film, the astonishingly weak ending, and above all, because it shows
how pathetically low the aMerkins can sink (pun) by re-writing history in
pretending that they captured the Enigma machine from off of the U-Boat when
they did no such bleedin thing and it was actually our magnificent Royal
Navy what got it!!!
So there!

I agree nuclear technology and weapons are peaceful all by themselves.
Unfortunately there are fascist dictators, terrorists, and their
supporters in the world who must have them in their arsenal to
"persuade" others.
Taqiyya and Kitman: The role of Deception in Islamic Terrorism
http://www.danielpipes.org/comments/25320
Tradecraft. Persona. Deception. Disinformation. Cover: Western
operational terms and techniques. But, Islamic terrorists have their
own terms: taqiyya (pronounced tak-e-ya) : precautionary dissimulation
or deception and keeping one's convictions secret and a synonymous
term, kitman: mental reservation and dissimulation or concealment of
malevolent intentions...
Taqiyya and kitman or 'holy hypocrisy' has been diffused throughout
Arabic culture for over fourteen hundred years since it was developed
by Shiites as a means of defence and concealment of beliefs against
Sunni unbelievers. As the Prophet said: 'he who keeps secrets shall
soon attain his objectives.'
