It'll be because (hopefully) I'm trying to set up housekeeping in my
basement after the top part of the house gets blown away by what's bearing
down on us here in the middle Ohio River Valley this very A.M., a
wave of nasty big hot storm cells movin' fast complete with severe
thunderstorm warnings, hail warnings and high wind advisories (no rotation
warnings yet) . . . .
Woohoo!
Nice test for my new mushroom cap on my roof plumbing vent-pipe, anyway;
hope it's still there later on (I screwed it on pretty tight, with this
very contingency in mind).

Let's get the hell out of here while we can still pass
our Rorschasch tests.

Yep, they're babbling now about the whole front moving 45-60 miles an
hour, with penny-sized hail, and wind-gusts at 60 to 70, and the high
wind advisory is for the next nine hours, and tornado watches are going up
all around, and now there's at least one tornado warning _behind_ the
line, down in central Kentucky . . . .
Time to fix a drink and go sit on the porch and watch.
