You're an idiot. It's a technique.

Justine Henin, world Numbah One women's tennis player, suddenly and
without warning retired today, just a couple of weeks before her most
beloved tournament, the French Open, which she was taken to many times as
a child by her mother, whom she lost when she was twelve to cancer.
What with the wily and light-footed Martina Hingis gone over wonky
"cocaine" allegations, and Justine-- whom I once called "the Iron
Belgienne"-- retired, women's tennis has lost the two "little babes" that
could stand up to the taller and heavier and stronger "Big Babes" that
have all but dominated women's tennis from the late '90s to the present
(in spite of that pesky wave of mostly Russian "Ovas" starting early this
decade, several of whom themselves qualify as "Big Babes", notably Maria
Sharapova).
I guess Anna Chakvetadze is going to have to carry the banner for the
little 'uns now, and maybe Vera Zvonereva, even though Anna talks to
herself out there (_nasty_ conversations, from the looks of it), and Vera
took a _long_ time to bring her emotions on the court under control, to
the point where she can shake off a bad point or game now and go on with
the match and not openly sob on the court.
This too shall pass, indeed.

HOLYHEAD, Wales-- A man who dressed up as Darth Vader, wearing a garbage
bag for a cape, and assaulted the founders of a group calling itself the
Jedi church was given a suspended sentence Tuesday.
Arwel Wynne Hughes, 27, attacked Jedi church founder Barney Jones-- aka
Master Jonba Hehol-- with a metal crutch, hitting him on the head,
prosecutors told Holyhead Magistrates' Court.
He also whacked Jones' 18-year-old cousin, Michael Jones-- known as Master
Mormi Hehol-- bruising his thigh in the March 25 incident, prosecutors
said.
The two cousins and Barney Jones' brother, Daniel, set up the Church of
Jediism, Anglesey order, last year. Jedi is the faith followed by some of
the central characters in the "Star Wars" films . . . .
Unfortunately for Hughes, his March attack was recorded on a video camera
that the cousins had set up to film themselves in a light saber battle.
"Darth Vader! Jedis!" Hughes shouted as he approached.
Hughes claimed he couldn't remember the incident, having drunk the better
part of a 2 1/2-gallon (10-liter) box of wine beforehand . . . .
In the 2001 United Kingdom census, 390,000-- 0.7 percent of the
population-- listed Jedi as their religion.

It's my birthday.
I will accept gifts, cash and worshipping.
A cake would be nice too.
