It's not just you. I remember the fish barbecues the VI Dive Club had. Go
out spearfishing in the morning just offshore, swim down and skewer the one
you want while its still swimming, dump it in the saltwater well on the
boat, clean it while the boat's heading in, bread it in egg, crumbs, and
spices, and throw it on the grill as soon as you hit the beach. Yellowtail,
grouper, mackerel, its all good.
