Unfortunately, the Washington Post did not instruct users on the place
and procedure for posting public comments to the EPA, and it has
closed the article for additional comments. When I attempted to post
my public comment to the EPA, I spent more than an hour simply finding
the appropriate proposed rule and the appropriate site in which to
make my comment. Then I spent another hour trying to figure out how
to post the comment. Most readers will likely not be so disciplined,
so I would like to offer some guidance:
First, go to this site:
http://www.regulations.gov/search/search_results.jsp?sid=118662873DAF&Ntt=EPA-HQ...
Or, if you prefer, I've shortened the URL here:
http://tinyurl.com/2qw96s
Once on this page, they need to click on "Submit a Comment or
Submission".

I think it's great that Ralph Nader is looking for another run at he
Whitehouse. It should be a reminder to both out-of-touch major parties
that they do not hold a monopoly on presidential candidates. Also,
regardless of what the shallow-thinkers who produce Frontline might
choose to report, Nader lost prior presidential elections for no one.
Only political arrogance could believe that the votes for Ralph Nader
would have gone to another candidate.

Psychiatrist [686]Jean-Marie Abgrall has alleged^[687][82] that
the
"collective suicides" allegedly committed by various [688]Order of
the
Solar Temple (OST) members, in December 1995 in the [689]Vercors

Rinovi du

Gladio networks. Abgrall also claimed that the [692]AMORC, of which
he
