I hope not, he sure doesn't have that certain steroid-y bulked-up look that
the weightlifters and baseball players have. Also, the Olympic Committee has
to be extra diligent to make sure the steroid and drug hoopla doesn't happen
again ... they test everyone before and after the races. Phelps even agreed
to additional testing just so he could prove he's clean...a new blood test
that the OC can keep for 8 years...just in case new tests come along. The 42
y/o woman swimmer also volunteered for this.
