Eat, Pray, Love - Elizabeth Gilbert

The Nasty Bits - Anthony Bourdain

Two for the Road - Jane & Michael Stern

A Thousand Days in Venice
A Thousand Days in Tuscany - both by Marlena De Blasi

The Lives of Shadows - Barbara Hodgson (and any of her other illustrated
novels)

The Secrets of Pistoulet - Jana Kolpen (and/or any of her other books)

There's an idea! Or...you could just come for another visit and *bring*
them. You could even sleep in a proper bed...just a thought.

It's very very raining here. Are you getting any of this hurry cane stuff?
There's standing water in my yard, but it's not coming in the house so far.
