Hmmm...I've never done them that way. I follow my Gran's advice and scramble
eggs slowly over low heat, with butter in a little 8" cast iron skillet (was
Gran's). They come out soft and yummy every time. She said high heat makes
them rubbery and stick to the pan.

AAMOF, I'm having smoked salmon and scrambled eggs this morning...with cream
cheese on a toasted whole wheat bagel.
