Take said spinach and put it in a mixing bowl. Add some
sauteed on!on and some sausage bits (or sub some bacon),
Parmesan cheese, and salt and pepper. Slip this mix in
between some puff pastry or phyllo dough and bake until
golden brown. It's a nice appetizer or snack, and is good
warm or cool, but not straight from the fridge.
