IME the recipes that contain normal (as opposed to gram) flour, and
eggs, are more like the "traditional" Indian take-away bhajis, whereas
the ones with water and gram flour are the lighter, crispier
alternatives ... give that recipe I put up a go - it certainly opened my
eyes :)
