BTDT TAAW.
When the engine blew up in my Ford Escort 1100, I was persuaded to
replace it with a 1300 engine
Then I found that the original carburrettor was not right for the 1300
engine, and was persuaded by a "friend" to replace it with a Nikki
carburettor.
Then I found out that the performance was limited by the differential,
and replaced it with a 1300 diff.
When I came to sell it, the RAC inspector noticed that the speedometer
was reading low.
I'll stick to elctricity. I understand that stuff.
