Found some lovely White Stilton with lemon at a local market last week and
was immediately smitten by its sweet tartness... almost like cheesecake
infused with lemon...had small, gritty bits of lemon peel.
I just finished up the last of its Blue Stilton sibling... served with a
sliced red pear, walnuts and drizzled with honey... and a small pot of very
good coffee.

dill havarti. got burger juice all over my nice freshly laundered shirt,

I have been offered (and actually ate) some Italian cheese that on
close inspection sort of writhed with tiny cheese-coloured maggots. It
was rather strong on the back of the throat, IYKWIM. I declined a
second portion.
