After the clubs closed last night and my DD drove me home, I entered the
kitchen hungry. So, since nothing jumped out of the fridge into my hands
steaming and ready to eat, I grabbed a fruit bowl of ripe mangoes from the
table (wonderful buy, 44 cents each). I put them on a tray with a knife,
spoon and napkin and sat down in front of the TV.
Then, the messiest feast in the world began. It started very organized but,
as things progressed, all hell broke lose. I sliced the first mango open and
scooped the sweet flesh out with the spoon...but still, juice went
everywhere. Gah, it was delicious! I gnawed the remaining flesh from the
skin, juice on my face ear to ear...sucked the seed even.
I greedily cut the next one and scored the flesh the way I'd seen Jamie O.
do and ate the juicy fruit straight from the skin, no spoon. More juice
going every where, down my arms, down my chin, between my breasts, my
nightie was soaked and sticky. I devoured four lovely mangoes before I was
spent.
I had to take a shower afterwards but went to bed happy and content. I love
it when mangos taste that damn good!

My uncle lived in Malaya where they grow loads of them, and he used to
say that the only place to eat ripe mangoes was in the bath.
