This got the Trish tick of approval: 'Let's have that again soon!'.

It was a warmish day today. Not hot, but not ideal weather for a
Sunday Roast. 34.something. 40Km on the bike was enough. A two bidon
ride.

So it's got to be salad with something. The corner deli closes at
12:00 or 13:00 on Sundays (I was still riding) and I don't fancy the
supermarket manufactured cold meat slices, so it's got to be something
else.

Brainwave.

The local Safeway does have a good fish section even if the deli area
is a bit dodgy.

About 500gm of firm white fish (or however much you want)
A mango.
A lemon.
Other stuff.
