I've lived in Seattle for a really long time and I've never seen, heard of,
or had a salmon hot dog. I googled for them, and apparently a pastor in
Omaha, NE bought them at Whole Foods. I don't shop there. Also, there's a
chain of gourmet hot dog restaurants in Miami that serves them. I didn't
find anything about any cafes in Seattle with salmon hot dogs.
Not that I'm opposed to salmon hot dogs, I think that would be interesting
to try. Meanwhile, my favourite similar item is most flavours of the Aidells
brand.

The polish dogs at Costco I eat with mustard and sweet relish. At home, it's
spicy brown mustard, sauerkraut and On!on. With the aforementioned Aidells I
use different toppings depending on the flavour of the dog. Ex: with the
sundried tomato I often top it with a thickened pizza sauce.
