Hi group

Just had to tell you about the TEA I made for friends this afternoon :~))

-Mini (round) brown bread sandwiches with smoked salmon and cress (NO
crusts)

-Mini (round) white bread sandwiches with roast beef, mayonnaise, cucumber
(NO crusts)

-Filo rounds filled with excellent spicy sausage meat from the Turkish
butcher

-Tiny pastry cases with egg and chive salad - decorated with chive 'knots'

- Scones with Mascarpone and raspberry jam

- Banana and dried apricot cake - with icing

- Mini chocolate

All that sounded divine, and then you had to mention Earl Grey. Blech!

Anyhoo. I've made some chocolate chip cookies, anyone wants one. With some
