I pigged out on tamales, enchiladas and chimichangas (tortillas filled with
meat, rice, beans, olives and onions, rolled, deep-fried and topped with
salsa, avocado, sour cream and cheese)...oh, and chocky birthday cake with
coffee ice cream.
I had a lovely relaxing time in TX, though friend Roz almost got us arrested
for trespassing on private property. We were driving on country roads (she
was looking for an address, to buy an African Grey parrot) and saw a
refreshing creek/pond of rushing water. She said let's go swimming like when
we were kids, those people aren't home. But they were. They yelled at us and
ran us off. It's not easy running and dressing at the same time.
