Now I think of it, when I was here last I picked up a corned beef hash (our
corned beef, not U.S. corned beef) recipe that was the bee's knees, but lost
it. I think I remembered it pretty well though, and it included a light
covering of cheesy breadcrumbs before putting it in the oven...
