At once?! That's superb - I've managed 2 at once but no more than that
... 6 would be amazingly tricky, from what I've seen thus far.
I'm going to give it another go this evening; Eggs Benedict for me, same
but with spinach instead of ham/bacon for veggie SO ... not sure if
that's eggs Florentine or not? Anyway, I'll watch that video first,
then leave the eggs out of the fridge in case that's a factor, try the
first 2 without vinegar, and proceed from there.
I'm also going to try to pop in and ask the bloke at the Glow Lounge how
he does his - they're *always* absolutely perfect; rounded, plump whites
and cooked, but still creamy and runny, yolks.

Lovely place for a spot of brunch on a Sunday :)
When I first moved to Clapham it took ages to get broadband connected
(BT were taking ages for new customers at the time, regardless of which
ISP you were with), so I used to pop up there every day to use their wi-
fi - it was only a ВЈ3 charge at the time, and it meant I could job hunt
via the net, while sipping lovely lattes and smoothies, then partake of
their yummy brunch/lunch menu ... worked out only slightly more than a
sterile Internet cafe would have been over the course of 8-10 hours,
except I got great food & drinks :) Oh, and when I scored a really good
contract after about 2 weeks of looking, I celebrated by starting at the
top of their cocktail menu and working my way steadily through it :)
Clapham's an amazingly hectic pace, very buzzy, which is nice most of
the time, but the Glow Lounge manages to be (during the day at least),
really, *really* relaxing ... it's got that lovely, informal feel, more
continental cafe-bar than posh eatery. At night it gets a bit louder
and buzzy, too "go-ey" for my tastes, but the daytimes there are
smashing. If anyone's in the area and wants something different, give
it a go ... there's no parking, but Tesco 100 metres away have a car
park that's free if you spend a certain amount.
