my original reply was to throw them at the neighbors that run their
lawnmower at 6 am on a sunday, but as
someone mentioned making mayo, here's a recipe i've used before:

1 cup of a decent vegetable oil, safflower works but the mayo doesn't taste
quite "right" to me.
2 egg yolks
2 tablespoons of lemon juice

beat the egg yolks until slightly thick. drizzle in 1/3 of the cup of oil
very slowly while continuing to beat the egg yolks. add some of the lemon
juice and keep beating. start drizzling in 1/3 cup of the oil while
continuing to beat the mixture. add in more of the lemon juice and then add
drizzle in the rest of the oil and lemon juice. beat until the mayo is
smooth and quite think. if it has lumps in it, it needs more beating. you
can taste and season with salt and pepper if needed. it should keep for a
week or 10 days if tightly covered up.

and yes, you can use an electric mixer or a stand mixer with a whisk
attachment if you're not into all the manual whisking of the eggs and stuff.
