Fry this:

2 Eggs
4 Mushrooms - sliced thinly
3 rashes of bacon back
1. fresh tomato sliced in two

Serve with 2 -3 rounds of toast & cup of coffee.

SImple brekkie for tommorrow

PS..
It is even better if you use butter on the toast - not margarine.

I, too, am on a low-fat regime at present. I do break out and have a FEB
now and again, so it's not too bad. This morning I had smoked salmon with
scrambled eggs, toast with olive spread, two cups of tea and enough pills to
choke a horse (but that's another subject entirely).

Yeeessss.... my bedside table is only lacking a set of false teeth in a
glass[1] to qualify as an old person's. Like you, I've been about since
1947, so I suppose I expected this one day, just not so soon...

[1] That day may be coming sooner than I expected as well, unless I save my
pennies and go for implants.

Has a horse *ever* been choked on pills, I wonder?

Angioplasty?

Or save the pennies for a stent/bypass..

Then you have *new* arteries, which means many many more FEB's!
