We southwesterners sometimes smirk when northeasterners think they can
BBQ...but if the Kansas City Barbecue Society say your BBQ is good, can't
argue with that. Some of the best BBQ I ever tasted was in Kansas City.
Pulled pork, sweet vinegary red sauce on the side.
I love BBQ so much I'd eat it for brekkie.

OK is just on the edge of the SW...but our culture is SW-ern. TV weathermen
sometimes say we're southern plains. Our area is also called Texoma because
we're right above TX...not exactly in the middle.

they consistently win kcbs sanctioned events. and 7th overall at last
year's jack daniels competition is nothing to sneeze at.
