Brekkie at night

Long day, hungry and tired ...wanna flop, not cook ...let's see, what do we
have for supper? Stood transfixed before the open fridge door, waiting for
.. what, a three course meal to leap into my arms? All I saw was leftover
pork fried rice in a greasy little carton. So I scrambled it in some eggs
...and rolled them up in a hot buttered flour tortilla (heated over the open
flame) .. and a nice big mug of orange pekoe tea. A yummy Chinese/Mexican
burrito supper!

What'd you have? And what's the wildest thing you ever used to make an
omelet?

Onions, cooked rice and soy sauce, fried, before adding the eggs. It's
rather good, actually.

last night i had a piece of cheese, 2 slices of yummy toast with marmite,
and 17 m&m's

as far as the omelet goes, i've done leftover beef stir-fry (without the
rice); some odd bits of lobster and shrimp; some leftover calamari;
everything in a blt except the bread; and cheddar cheese, tomato and
sprouts.

I dunno about wild but a couple of months ago I threw the leftover
taco filling stuff...salsa, grated cheddar, tomato, olives, g peppers
, sour cream...into my morning's omelet and it was pretty good but a
bit sloppy.
