Breakfast Clarification

A friend has asked, "What exactly is a Full "English Breakfast?" I can
assist with the component parts of the Ulster Fry but not exactly sure what
the FEB constitutes.

Is there a definition of the FEB or are there regional variations?

Thanks

In this part of Kent, it's two fried eggs, two rashers of bacon, an
undistinguished slab of hash browns, a half-tomato, some mushrooms, a
sausage, baked beans, a fried bread slice, possibly a slice or two of black
pudding, accompanied by a rack of toast (white or wholemeal according to
your preference), butter or spread, a small selection of jams and/or
marmalades and a pot or three of tea (or possibly coffee if you're in a
hotel). There are many variations depending on the status and
greasy-spooniness of the establishment concerned.
