i will have the occasional piece of cake at family gatherings, but i do
avoid most desserts. i have sugar free popsicles, edy's frozen fruit pops,
and eskimo pie makes a no sugar added version of the eskimo pie. i manage
as best as i can. and i do sneak in the occasional 10 or 12 m&m's when i
can.
