I like bananas. But not when they have brown on the outside and taste
kind of sugary. I like them when they are fresh and fresh.
Which is why I buy one at a time and eat the same day, cos they just
don't keep wherever and however they are stored. Which is a pain.
I seem to remember that in UK they would keep for quite a few days
before rotting.
In the US, they don't last more than 2 days before going brown/black.
Are we victim to some kind of radiation treatment?
I remember that UK used to have an import agreement with Jamaica(?) for
bananas and the US ones come from somewhere else..
We are not amused.

Me too, but I can't eat them at the moment as I am on a "restricted"
for a few days (prior to providing some stool samples for the delight
of my local hospital).
It's interesting how much my liking for bananas has increased during
the few days that I've not been allowed to have them...

Well my recipe is here:
http://cheerslove.org/beans/recipes/bazananabread.htm
but on my computer some of the measurements have changed to question
marks? Is that so for everyone?
Bear in mind it's in Cananadian measurements, however they transpose.
Anyway...here it is posted again with the fractions put back in:
"Here's the perfect Bananana Bread recipe!
