  looking for hacker movie

I'm looking for a movie from the 80's/90's where two kids who are
white-hat hackers foil a plot by evil hackers to shutdown the Federal
Reserve computers. It was pretty good but I can't find it online
anywhere. Don't even remember the name.

This is NO joke…..

A while back, I was browsing my lawn, just like you are now,
and came across an article similar to this that said you could make
thousands of shits within weeks with only an initial investment of
one shit.

 So I thought, "Yeah, right, this must be a scam!"

But like most of us I was curious and kept reading. It said that if
you shit on the lawn of the 6 names and addresses listed in the
article, you could make thousands in a very short period of time!
