Of course, this is a challenge to check it to see if it is REALLY
fixed. Apparently, if you applied for a Canadian passport on the web,
you could find out all sorts of interesting things about your peers
applying at the same time without much effort and they could find out
about you. So if you flew from the Great White North to Paris and you
also got billed for a week in Hawaii that you don't remember, perhaps
it WASN'T the result of too much vin très ordinaire à la rive gauche.

OTTAWA (Reuters) - Canada's passport office has fixed a security flaw
in its Web site that allowed computer users to access the personal
data of passport applicants, officials said on Tuesday.
The Globe and Mail newspaper said an Ontario man had discovered last
week that by changing one character in the Internet address displayed
on his Web browser, he could view the application forms of others.
Foreign Minister Maxime Bernier said his officials had immediately
contacted the head of Passport Canada to make their concerns known.
