I use InDesign CS3 5.0.2 on Vista. I have a long table spanning over several
pages. The head of the table contains some text and a small anchored .ai
graphic. This head of course is automatically repeated on every page, as I
expect it to be.
But when I export to pdf or print the file, that graphic will show up ONLY
on the first page of the table. It is not repeated on the remainig pages of
the table, whereas the text is correctly repeated!
