I don't smoke, but I wish they'd lift the smoking ban in pubs.
I never know when it's time to change my shirt these days.

Martin, if you could smell the smoke, then you should still be able to
smell the sweat. If not, once a month is a good rule of thumb guide.

Everyday or at least every other day. Clean socks and ermm undies everyday.
