Is it true that New Zealand is taking its Rugby World Cup defeat pretty
badly over there?

First of all, let me state that hubby and I both lack an essential 'kiwi'
gene - we couldn't care less about rugby (or any sport for that matter).
That makes us somewhat non-experts on the overall matter of the Rugby World
Cup.

But......... yes, yes, yes - the country is practically in official mourning
because of the defeat. For two days solid, you couldn't pick up a paper,
turn on the telly news or the radio without hearing about you-know-what. The
post-mortem on who should have done what when will now go on for *months*.

Have they changed the rules so that you can't chase an up and under?
