I'm sorry, RJosef... I can't agree. I must admit that he's an acquired
taste and probably best heard in small doses... but even so, he has been
*incredibly* influential. Some people say that Dylan is best when covered
by others. Well, covering Dylan songs certainly worked for Jimi Hendrix, the
Rolling Stones, Manfred Mann's Earth Band, the Byrds, Joan Baez, Julie
Driscoll & Brian Auger and the Trinity, Marianne Faithful... the list is
endless!
