In the UK we have a chain of fast-food places called Nandos that specialises
in peri-peri dishes. Nandos is good but if you can find a proper tandoori
restaurant that does peri-peri, then it is even better! Peri-peri cuisine
is actually Portuguese. The name derives from the Portuguese colonies in
Mozambique, where it was used to describe birdseye chillis. Goa, in India,
was also a Portuguese colony and so picked up a number of Portuguese dishes
(as well as Portuguese names for native dishes - Vindaloo)

I wear the cheese. It does not wear me.
