Radio Nordsee International. I'd forgotten that.
I never heard of a Radio Solent 'pirate'. The forts out there are too
secure for piracy. Radio Solent is a modern day local radio.
Dunno if you're interested (of course you are) but you might like to
investigate this.

Put 'BBC Radio' in front of any of the areas mentioned in a google search
and, with luck, you'll be able to find out when it's being streamed. Could
be good.
