There are four members of Thin Lizzy and there were four members of The
Beatles. The Beatles formed Apple and Mary recorded for Apple.

Blair got the answer In The Balcony.

Tony Visconti produced many of Thin Lizzy's albums. One album was called
"Bad Reputation". On the final track, entitled "Dear Lord", they needed some
female backing vocals which were provided by Visconti's wife, Mary Hopkin.

Didn't see this one before writing my other post. But when I originally
wrote 'the bloke she married' I meant the above, although as I said, I
couldn't tell you the name of the album, and definitely not the track.
