...on a more stable base. If the feed goes now, I shall simply use it as
an excuse to go get a proper drink.

..'ere - have a nice Glen Grant on me, Mick. Do you want one as well
Enzo, or would a good ten years old Laphroaigh do? I may join in soon, too..

Whatever you think appropriate!
I'm drinking Tanglefoot at the moment.

I wear the cheese. It does not wear me.

My dad used to love those peaty Islay malts, I'm a Glenmorangie man
myself, or at leat *anything* that doesn't smell of iodine.
Glen Grant would be lovely. Cheers.
Any way, that's it. Another great session. See you all later - probably
just after i get my drink.

.It took me some time to get acquainted with, and almost addicted to
Laphroaigh - and I still cannot down more than one of them at a time.
But then that certainly isn't a bad thing. I don't climb things after
one drink.
PS: The dedication I had in mind for you would have been "Hair" from the
musical..

I *do* climb things after one drink. But that's usually the tenth or
twelfth... ;-)
But you're right... If you wanna get drunk, don't do it on whisky. Whisky
needs to be treated with a lot more respect than that.

..As do all 'hard' spirits IMHO. Most of them are a lovely treat on
their own - without a 'threat', and the likes of ice, or even tonic
waters of all sorts (G&T exempted). The times I have a spirit throughout
the year are quite limited, though: Usually I can count them using only
one of my hands. For the rest of the year, the beer from Lidl's is
sufficient enough to get me into sleeping mode..

I don't drink much indoors but my ten o'clock drop of the hard stuff has
become something of a tradition. If i don't have it, Wendy asks if i'm
feeling all right. So I invariable have it.
