Never much liked that song. The Searchers version was OK back then but
then back then I was a frightful Searchers fan. They did *nuthin* wrong.
Back then.

I seem to have lost Devils and Dust momentarily. It's undoubtedly in the
same place as Highway 61, which I also cannot find. Be that as it may, I
can only agree that it's not as good as The Rising.

Agreed, again, with all of the above. It lacks the spark that *that* album
has and the flaws show more and more with each listening. Nice songs
though.

Dunno about that. I'd have to listen to them all again. But not a patch on
Born to Run.

It's called 'Untitled' round these parts. I dumped straight into the hard
drive as mp3s cos I've got more than enough CDs in cardboard sleeves that
have gotten scratched with the sliding in and out. Jewel cases should be
mandatory by international law.

Anyway, it hasn't got a name on the disc for me computer to recognise, but
it is, very nearly, the best track on there

Aw don't say that. I ain't no Van fan. But you're not wrong. Especially on
that last track. But then all voices change. I'm going through a Dylan
phase right now and I've put all the albums that I have on CD (apart from
H61 cos I can't find it) on one disc as MP3s and play it in the van on
'random play'. Now you really hear some different voices there, specially
if the machine throws a track from Modern Times right alongside something
from Freewheelin'
