You didn't say what browser or describe the problem enough or if it's
blocked by your anti-virus / spyware / popups or flash blocked.

Maybe you are lucky you can't see it. The 1st page is a frameset, the no
frames link goes to a frameset page with a blank no frames. Yuck and
click here, how much rubbish it that.
