Two June, 1969 memos deal with complaints from Francisco Wilfredo "Pancho" Varona about CIA handling of Cuban matters. He said his first contact with the CIA was with Jack Stewart in Havana in 1959. (He also mentions a supervisor of "Greek descent".) Page 2 of item 1 says Varona was "born on 11 October 1922 in the Pinar del Rio province of Cuba." Varona seems to have been assigned the cryptonym
