I have a question. When I use Tradition Chinese MUI, but Control Panel still display in English. so...can I set it to correct language interface? Thanks!

When I open the control panel I get a message saying "Dr Watson Post Mortem" has encountered a problem and needs to shut down. The computer seizes up and I have to shut it down again. At the moment I don't use the control panel at all. Any ideas on how to cure this?
