The car was registered in Jan 1961....This car should have the pre-63 3x3 plate on it,...few ways in which this car could have got a newer...it when they flogged the car), probably c.1980s, before DVLA...not indicating that there the car is of unknown origin or...I'd have thought uk.rec.cars.classic the most likely...
