I understand how to customize an individual contact's business card in the contact section of Outlook Business Contact Manager. Is there a way to make changes that are universal to all the contact's business cards in a database or does each contact's business card have to be changed individually?

Must be so easy - but I can't figure it out. How do I prevent the business card from appearing in the standard contact form in Outlook 2007? (All the info is already there -- I just don't need the clutter of seeing the same items in a business card) Thanks Gary
