Dwn here it is definately the start of Christmas Shopping. The Kick Off. The customers get excellant deals, and the business's end the year in the black, because of this one big Shopping Day. I was listening on XM to a black radio DJ who was saying how offended he was at the usage of the term "Black Friday" and it brought to mind how pissed I should be at the usage of the term "White Sale" in January. Merchants are in theory, in the black after waiting all year to get there and someone else is pissed because of a term???? What a pathetic world we live in....... "Forever Young"

I do the same thing, Joan - shop on weekdays to avoid the crowds. I ran into a small patch of fog on the way home from Irene's last night. It was strange.
