I really like the look of those animated icons from smileycentral.com that can be used from within email clients, browsers etc. What I don't want is all the 'bloat' that you have to have along with it such as Cursor Mania, Popular Screensavers, My Fun Cards, Fun Buddy Icons, the MyWebSearch

Hi, I've got some animated gifs I'd like to have on my desktop instead of the icons. Can these be used or do they all have to be .ico files? I'd appreciate any links to 'how to' information if it's possible. Cheers, Jeff

...problem is between XP and an animated background ("Bubbles" from Sony). I have...is not possible to move the icons. These have recently been auto arranged...tidy grid. I cannot move any icon to another location, whether within the...I like to keep groups of icons together (photo editing, music etc.) ...am wasting precious time findign the icons to start programs. Any ideas???
