...Hello- Company bought another CRM program ZOHO and I have been able to export all contacts and accounds but the history has not transfered.   How do I get my historty to transfer? Thanks -- J9 BCM will only export history to BCM (XML) files. Alternately, you can try exporting directly from the database using sql tools.
