Hola tengo un trozo de código en mi aplicación que lee correos de un servidor pop3. cuando lee la siguiente linea con un streamreader: "<?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-1"?>" al ejecutar el readline me lee lo siguiente: "<?xml version=3D=221.0=22 encoding=3D=22ISO-8859-1=22?>" de donde has acado esos códigos extraños, también me pone códigos extraños cuando hay un acento, cómo
